The challenge

We delivered both as one project on one data model: ERP for purchasing, inventory, and POS integration, with BI dashboards built on the same definitions from day one — so the reports were never a translation of the system, but a view into it.
The result
All nine stores order and report through one platform. Head office sees sales, margin, and stock cover per store, live. Because BI shared the ERP data model, the combined project cost roughly 30% less than the two sequential quotes.
